SuiteApp · GridLine
Order a whole style in one step
GridLine puts a color by size grid on the Sales Order, one click from the Items list. Enter a size run, paste a buyer's sheet or type into the cells, and the quantities become order lines.
Each cell shows what is available, and each item's minimum is checked as you type.
GridLine is built and supported by YTBE, Inc.

Why GridLine
Apparel is ordered as a style, with every color and size on one grid.
On the order form GridLine sits on the Sales Order beside Items, so nobody has to leave the order to enter a style.
Switch between Items and GridLine whenever you like. Every quantity is a line on the order, priced by size, and the order is the same order either way.

A whole style, on the Sales Order, in one step
Enter apparel the way buyers order it: a size run times a multiplier. GridLine sits beside Items on the Sales Order, shows what is available in every cell, checks each item's minimum as you go, and the quantities are lines on the order.
Paste the buyer's sheet, check it, then write it
Copy a block from Excel and paste it into the grid. GridLine shows every cell it will write before it writes a thing.
Check the vendor's confirmation against your order
Paste the confirmation and GridLine marks every cell where it and the order disagree. Nothing is written to the order.
GridLine questions
The things people ask before the first call.
Where does GridLine appear?
On the Sales Order, as a GridLine switch beside Items. Pick a style and its colors and sizes are laid out as a grid.
Do I have to change how I enter orders?
No. The Items list is still there and the order is the same order either way. GridLine is for the styles where a grid is quicker.
What happens to a pasted sheet?
GridLine shows every cell it will write, and counts any combination that has no item, before anything is written. You confirm or cancel.
Does reconciling a confirmation change the order?
No. It only marks where the vendor's confirmation and the order disagree, so you can take the exact cells to the vendor.
